Why did this test start "flaking" only after r7123? We never saw this behavior beforehand. That seems suspect.

FYI: both buildbots (Mac and Windows) are running the same version of Chrome (18.0.1025.162), with the exception that the Windows bot has an "m" at the end of the version number and the mac one does not. According to the interwebs, this just means that the version running is an updated version, and there's an older version ("m"ultiple versions) on the machine. I only saw this talked in relation to Windows, so this may not even come up on Mac, in which case both are essentially e the same.

According to http://build.chromium.org/p/client.dart/builders/web-chrome-win7/builds/2058/steps/chrome%20frog%20tests%3A%20chrome%20--checked/logs/stdio, dom/css test is also flaky on frog/chrome/windows.
