Errors parsing some variable declarations

Of three errors, 2 are just because test is invalid.

class C {
  const C(): x = 1;
  final x;
  final int x1;
}
Field x1 should be initialized.

class F {
  var int x2=2, y3=2;
}
You can not use both "var" and type.

class D {
  static untyped;
}
This looks are actual bug in parser.
