Feature completeness for SIMD feature additions #64073
Description
Some SIMD types are being added (not necessarily as public/cross-platform yet), and some features are being added to some SIMD types.
This table is intended as a reminder to complete all the combinations of features and types.
The types and members marked with "*" are "new" additions.

@lrhn There are many more gaps that I keep track of and plan to fix.

@lrhn I've created a new issue for this (so I can edit it myself) that I plan to keep up to date: #64170
So if you'd like, we can close this one. All the mentioned relevant CLs have landed, notEqual on Int32x4 can be found under https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/541221 and equal/notEqual on Float64x2 are blocked on us having an Int64x2 type.

[typed_data] Add Int32x4.notEqual
[vm] Intrinsify Int32x4.notEqual
