Description
There are new test failures on Roll gn from 2dfb8cbd3b74 to 510ec7992c30...[cfe][augmentations] Support unordered method augmentation.
The tests
standalone/io/process_no_inherit_handle_test RuntimeError (expected Pass)

The test is invalid. It expects a handle id that is not inherited from parent won't be allocated by the child for something else.
