Depends on dart-lang/dartdoc#1850, which has lots more details.

We could partially fix this by just making the doc correct. We'll still need to keep this open to watch whether the implementation changes.

Ideally, we tell people how to do this, but the current dartdoc syntax
is kind of weird, so I think it's best for now to just say nothing.
