[UX] Reduce the size and padding of menu items in the site switcher dropdown

Describe the problem

The items in the site switcher menu are currently quite large compared to standard UI dropdowns (such as the theme switcher).

Expected fix

I will make the size of items are like items in the theme switcher

I will work on the issue once approved so i would love to be assigned to start working on it

I would like to fix this problem.
