• Genesis settings, snapshot and on-chain claim.
• Initial validators settings
• Stable release of substrate 2.0 or beta version
• Review storage map hashers.

Because there could be more light client verification checking running on darwinia when more bridges join, so we changed the block interval from 6 seconds to 10 seconds.

For example, the light client verification for ethereum pow including hashimoto calculating, it take 160ms when no optimistics(debug/wasm), and 3ms when native.

Also considering global network latency.
