Looking into these errors, it looks like the SQLite database SN7577.sqlite is an empty file -- so when the .Rmd files generate the episode Markdown file, it generates the errors.

When I started to look at this module, I had to grab the database from here:

Two outstanding issues:

1. When I try this code block:

dbfile_new = "a_newdb.sqlite"
mydb_new = dbConnect(dbDriver("SQLite"), dbfile_new)

dbWriteTable(conn = mydb_new , name = "SN7577", value = "data/SN7577.csv",
             row.names = FALSE, header = TRUE)

I get the following error:

Error in result_create(conn@ptr, statement) : database is locked

2. When I try this line:

mydb_dplyr <- src_sqlite(path="data/SN7577.sqlite")

I get this error:

Error: Condition message must be a string

Any ideas?

in preparation for the initial release of this lesson, the database episode has been removed. It can re-integrated once the SQL lesson for this curriculum has been revamped.
