Download full dataset omits files

When hitting the download all button several files are not included. These files are listed as uploaded in the manifest on the dashboard and can be downloaded individually.

ETA: Downloading these via API also works fine, it's just the download button on the landing page that isn't working correctly.

The progress bar for the downloader also never updates for this

The issue is that download_filename is not persisting on copied records:
On created file version:

original_filename: "5. anova.R"
download_filename: "5._anova.R"

On copied file: version

original_filename: "5. anova.R"
download_filename: "5.anova.R"

The progress bar for the downloader works fine for me

@jeremywalter @lauradryad the issue is fixed for this dataset.

Will keep the ticket open until we also fix the code.
