Update Dryad in CORE dashboard

Depends on #4714

Dryad's records need to be updated in the CORE dashboard.

• Ensure we have the proper OAI-PMH URL configured
• Request re-indexing (in the "indexing status" section of the dashboard)
• Review other sections of the dashboard to ensure they are getting correct information from Dryad
