Transfer to zarr-developers organization?

I'm wondering what people think about transferring this repository from developmentseed to the zarr-developers organization, to promote more community contributions? I wanted to iterate fast on getting the examples ready for v0.4 but now it would be nice to make this more closely connected with the geozarr-spec.
