Issue Description
The v1alpha1 CRDs for DevWorkspaces and DevWorkspaceTemplates have been deprecated for a few releases now. We should continue this process with the removal of those apiVersions from the spec.
This would greatly simplify the codebase here and remove the need for conversion code (for now...)
