layout(chore): rework layout & code to latest material beta

• sidenav now has the option to fix it in the viewport
• fix closing and opening animations for sidenav (outstanding issue)
• dumping layout structure (as it was)
• switch to camel cases for directives (see changelog for BETA.10)
• clean-up styles
• check theming
