Add hardware event: High temperature warning

Detect when CPU temperature exceeds threshold and trigger personality response.

Technical details:

• Monitor CPU temperature using macOS APIs
• Trigger when temp > 80°C
• Throttle notifications (max once per 5 minutes)
• Add responses for all personalities

Example responses:

• Coworker: "Getting a bit warm in here, maybe close some tabs?"
• Gordon Ramsay: "IT'S SO HOT I'M MELTING! WHAT ARE YOU RUNNING?!"
• Spicy: "Is it hot in here or is it just me? 😏"
