New Spanish NIE numbers are not working #127
Description
Since 2008, the letter 'Y' [1] has been used as the first letter in Spanish NIE numbers, but this pattern is not accepted. I've wrote an ugly patch for it, but the most correct thing to do would be to add 'Y' to the accepted patterns in the nie_types attribute in ESIdentityCardNumberField class.
