parser rejects alias ref int x;

is valid according to dmd (not sure about spec), but rejected by parser.

I'm wondering if this is an accepts-invalid DMD bug.

I looked through the spec again and I can't use the grammar documented there to create alias ref int x;, so I'm going to close this and file a bug against DMD.
