Fixes IncrementalCursorPathHasValueNone error message parameter reference to the one used in the incremental class (on_cursor_value_missing)

@sh-rp , Thanks for the review! I see some of tests are failing but to me it seems these tests are unrelated to any of the code changes I made. Could you provide some guidance how to solve?
