Docker Manifest Experimental Warning

Are these still experimental? I have tried this with experimental disabled and it seems to work just fine?

starting with docker 20.10, experimental features in the CLI itself (not the daemon) are always enabled, but still mention that they're experimental (see docker/cli#2774)

the manifest subcommands are marked as experimental, because the UX still has areas that are difficult to use, and for "experimental" features we reserve the possibility to introduce changes in functionality (or UX) that could be backward incompatible.

For the manifest subcommands, there's also alternatives in docker buildx (see, for example docker buildx imagetools create; https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/buildx_imagetools_create/) which provide the ability to create and manipulate manifests. The buildx implementation has a better implementation for those features, and we are considering to replace the manifest subcommands with the implementation of buildx (but no final decision or ETA on that yet)
