- Add xunit logging to the integration tests to make it easier to diagnose errors.
- Run integration tests in a localized request pipeline to detect issues with invariant formatting not being used (see Fix culture-insensitive handling of numbers in RangeAttribute #3426).
- Update test fixture to include a property that uses functionality that could be affected by localization.
