Support for Common Test Reporting Framework

There seems to be a drive to standardise reports from differnt applications to use Common Test Reporting Framework (https://ctrf.io/). THis feature request is to see if this can be added as a supported format which will make it more tool agnostic

HI @tcassarivatech, you are welcome to create a pull request with implementation for the Common Test Reporting Framework format.

Please note, this format is not yet standardized.

You'll notice that v1 of the specification hasn't been released yet, we want to build a specification that reflects the needs of its users and we are still receiving feedback. There might be changes but these will be tracked in the changelog.
