When developing a MCP server it's common to use to MCP inspector.

Having an aspire template with:

• MCP server project
• MCP client project
• MCP inspector targeting the mcp server -MCP Inspector integration CommunityToolkit/Aspire#625

Describe the solution you'd like

Aspire solution to wire this setup for local dev

IMHO this should also consider/include the support for running Azure Function MCP Tools locally and in Azure see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/samples/azure-samples/remote-mcp-functions-dotnet/remote-mcp-functions-dotnet/
