When running kvm install from readme.md kvminstall.ps1 is invoked correctly with -NoProfile. kvminstall.ps1 then calls into kvm.ps1 which in turn calls Start-Process and those calls were missing the -NoProfile flag. I can confirm that the profile was being executed.

Nope, this is in the wrong repo. Always update kvm not home. We always overwrite home with kvm builds

@davidfowl ok I will make the changes in https://github.com/aspnet/kvm and send a new PR. Closing this.
