Add mini samples for .NET Core

I am not able to restore packages nor build these without modifying the project.json to specify the dependencies like so:

    "System.Console": "4.0.0-*",
    "System.IO": "4.0.11-*",
    "System.IO.FileSystem": "4.0.1-*",
    "Microsoft.NETCore.TestHost": "1.0.0-*",
    "Microsoft.NETCore.Runtime": "1.0.1-*"

My bad, pushed it wrong, will close and do it differently.

I'd also add a command to the project.json so you can run them directly in VSCode & Visual Studio
