[statictoc] table of content cuts the namespace and doesn't wrap the text

DocFX Version Used: 2.34.0.119 (docfx exe version)

Template used: (statictoc )

Steps to Reproduce:

1. set Statictoc template in docfx.json
2. load projects that contains a really long namespace (45 characters)
3. check how table of content cuts the name of the namespace

Expected Behavior:
table of content will not cut the name of the full namespace or will wrap it
Actual Behavior:
table of content cuts the namespace and doesn't wrap the text

To anyone interested in addressing this issue, I solved it like this in VS:

1. In the cmd line
   docfx template export statictoc
   on the project where you have docfx nugget
2. modify _exported_templates\statictoc\styles\docfx.css line 458 from

  bottom: 0;
  overflow-x: hidden;
  overflow-y: auto;

  overflow-wrap: break-word;
