When scrolling horizontally between tabs in a Tabbed Page (such as Tab 1, Tab 2, or Tab 3), the icon color of the tabs temporarily changes to black. This is not the expected behavior, as the icon color should remain in its original state throughout the scrolling action. Only the icon of the selected tab should change

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the provided reproduction project: TabbedPageWithIcon.
- Run the project and Scroll horizontally between the tabs (Tab 1, Tab 2, and Tab 3).
- Observe that the icon color changes to black during the horizontal scrolling.
Expected Behavior:
- The selected tab's icon should remain its original color (black), and a white underline should be displayed below it to indicate selection.
- The icon color should not temporarily change to black while scrolling between tabs.
Actual Behavior:
- The icon color temporarily changes to black during horizontal scrolling, which should not happen.
