Thumb Image Disappears in Slider Control When Changing Thumb Color on iOS and Catalyst

Description

When updating the ThumbColor property of a Slider , the ThumbImageSource is unexpectedly removed on iOS and Mac Catalyst. However, on Android, the thumb image remains intact. Additionally, on Windows, the thumb color does not update as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the Application SliderSample.zip
2. Click the button to change the thumb color.
3. Observe that ThumbImageSource disappears when changing the ThumbColor on iOS and Catalyst

Expected Behavior:

• The ThumbImageSource should remain visible when changing the ThumbColor.

• The thumb color should update correctly across all platforms.

Actual Behavior:

• On iOS and Catalyst, the ThumbImageSource disappears when changing the ThumbColor.

This issue has been verified Visual Studio Code 1.96.4 (9.0.30 & 9.0.22 & 9.0.0 & 8.0.100). Can repro this issue on macOS and iOS platform.
