[.NET 10] Xaml Source Gen - MAUIX2003 error using CardView.MAUI

Description

App works fine with xaml SG off, but when i turn it on i get this error -

Error just takes me to the control in XAML, not any SG file -

@StephaneDelcroix ill try and get a sample over to u asap, probably be a couple of days.

I also have these error still, so not sure if once those fixes are released this will disappear or not -

@IeuanWalker those fixes and many more will be in -sr2 around mid-december. you can probably pull a nightly that contains all of that already

Took a while to find the root cause, for some reason this xaml causes the error when SG is enabled -
