Iteration count was dropped to a smaller number in dotnet/corert#2867. Looks like it's not enough because we see this test fail in the CI.

runtime (Installer Build and Test coreclr Linux_arm Debug) is failing on a connectivity issue, but we don't run the affected test there so it doesn't matter.
