The following test fails when building with full MSBuild because Jenkins is not updated to include updates to NuGet ImportBefore/ImportAfter targets (PR 57278)

  • GivenThatWeWantToBuildANetCoreApp.It_restores_only_ridless_tfm

Disabled in PR #870

This tracks reenabling the test once Jenkins has been updated.
