Add option to shellMessage and shellStart to optionally the user stdin and stdout.

These parameters to the tools should default to false, but let's add showStdIn and showStdout as optional parameters.

I've implemented the requested feature to add showStdIn and showStdout optional parameters to both shellStart and shellMessage tools.

Implementation Details

1. Added showStdIn and showStdout parameters to both tools' parameter schemas
2. Updated the ProcessState type to store these settings
3. Modified the logging logic to respect these settings
4. Added tests for the new parameters

The implementation is available in the branch: feature/167-shell-tools-stdin-stdout-visibility

Both parameters default to false, maintaining backward compatibility with existing code.

I tried to create a PR but didn't have the necessary permissions. The changes are ready for review and can be merged into the main branch.
