Add unsupported version policy

For alpha, beta or release candidate versions we must add information that version is still in development phase and should not be used in production. PHP actually informs about it on their site:

> THIS IS A DEVELOPMENT PREVIEW - DO NOT USE IT IN PRODUCTION!
