Netaddr 2.0.6: where is NetAddr::CIDR?

I am trying to use NetAddr::CIDR with latest netaddr 2.0.6 but it failed saying not present. earlier i used to use netaddr-1.5.3 it was present.
is this removed in latest? if yes what is the alternative ?
