Sorry about the unwanted notifications — that's definitely not a good experience, and we should have caught this earlier.

This has been fixed in PR #214 with a two-layer approach:

1. Input side: Removed the @ prefix from usernames in the data fed to the LLM, so it no longer sees @username format in the first place.
2. Output side: Added a safeguard in createGitHubIssue that inserts a zero-width space after any @ before publishing, so even if the LLM independently generates an @mention, GitHub won't parse it as a real mention.
