Feature requests : package more extensions in the odbc driver

Hi! The current idea is to support all loadable extensions, as requested in #35. I cannot see now why this should not work, but I am not yet looked deep enough. Pre-packaging a long list of extensions is left as a backup plan. I will follow up in #35.
