[Feature/Enhancement] knowledge graph generation with skg

Enhancement / feature description:
I found this project since some time, skg , which builds knowledge graphs from publications according to the accompanying research on the repository, though it is general enough to be adapted, as whole or in part, for other texts. It would be useful for building workflows along with other text processing and AI usages present.

As a side note I am considering adapting it to sigmakee/sumo ontology
