While researching the topic of "excuses" for dwyl/product-owner-guide#46
I came across this succinct quote by Florence.

“I attribute my success to this:
I never gave or took an excuse.”

• adds the quote to the list. ✅

Also spotted that we had a duplicate Forrest Gump quote so I removed it and added a source.

No idea why GH thinks I've changed the Gump quote into the Forrest Church one ... 🙄
