use 'cpan.metacpan.org' rather than 'www.cpan.org' in extension source_urls for recent Perl easyconfigs

https://www.cpan.org/authors/id/V/VP/VPIT/Variable-Magic-0.62.tar.gz is no longer working for me but https://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/V/VP/VPIT/Variable-Magic-0.62.tar.gz.

Looking at https://www.cpan.org/authors/id/V/VP/VPIT/ that only has the one release of each package (probably the latest) and there was a new release ot Variable-Magic in September. However, there is the current release and older ones (not sure how far back they go) at https://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/V/VP/VPIT/

So I've changed all instances of www.cpan.org to cpan.metacpan.org when usd in source_urls for an extension.
