we have some easyconfigs for this in a private UoY repo; some extra dependencies we have:

RepeatMasker
RepeatModeler
PASApipeline
EVidenceModeler
BioPerl

I've included BioPerl as a dependency, since the easyconfig for it was readily available, but for the others we need additional easyconfigs, I propose we follow up on that in subsequent PRs (since some/most of these dependencies seem optional?)
