this is odd.
g2lib-3.1.0 builds fine with GCCcore-8.2.0 but fails with GCCcore-8.3.0

@smoors Looks like this could be caused by the bug introduced in easybuilders/easybuild-framework#3145?
Does the JasPer module with GCCcore/.8.3.0 still update $CPATH?

easybuilders/easybuild-framework#3152 will fix that issue...

g2lib-3.1.0 builds fine with GCCcore-8.2.0 but fails with GCCcore-8.3.0

fix in easybuilders/easybuild-framework#3145 is merged, please update easybuild-framework to latest develop, do a forced reinstall of JasPer (so the module updates $CPATH), and try again...
