Custom module naming schemes lead to empty subdirs in $installpath

When using a custom module naming scheme (e.g., to implement hierarchical modules like in #862), easybuild will install the software in a directory according to the naming scheme in $installpath, but in addition will also create an empty subdirectory for each software package. This is likely to be a bug.
