adding mapping for `elasticsearch.node.stats.indices.shard_stats.total_count` which is captured in the `node_stats` metricset.

Proposing adding mapping for
elasticsearch.node.stats.indices.shard_stats.total_countto.monitoring-es-mbtemplate.This field is part of the
node_statsmetricset.Can be useful for users' custom alerting/visualizations.
