Dark theme on dashboard is swallowing up the help text on empty dashboards

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging for alpha2 BC2 qa

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: Dark theme seems to be swallowing up the help text on create new dashboard page.

To reproduce - Click on creating new dashboard - :> on the dashboard change the options to dark theme. You cannot notice that we can't read the help text.

Yeah, I fixed it with the restyling.
