These fields, together with id and version are required in the nuspec. We default the id to pkg.name or 'electron' and the version to pkg.version or '0.0.0' when none is provided, so no check is necessary

Nuspec has some required metadata elements, which include
id,version,description, andauthors. We are only testing fordescriptionandauthorsin this PR, for the other two:pkg.namefor theidwhich, when not present, defaults toelectronpkg.versionfor theversionwhich, when not present, defaults to0.0.0Fixes #262
