Fast switching UI follow up issues

Recently Element Call gained the capability to show a fast switching UI for earpiece vs speaker. Testing this feature results in the following improvements we want to fix:

• Increase the opacity of the earpiece overlay Increase opacity of the EarpieceOverlay background for better visibility #3369
• change the back button label of the earpiece overlay Update earpiece overlay button text for clarity #3370
• the button disappears when headphones are connected (thinking it though, this is the expected behavior. Apple does not allow us (without using the native device picker) to switch back to the speaker form headphones)

• Improve "earpiece wording" #3386
• Fix minimize icon

In the current implementation, the icon, headline "Earpiece only mode", and supporting text are positioned exactly in the center of the screen. I'm asking that those bits to be moved further up towards the top of the screen like in this example:
