Soft logout: Test against Synapse's implementation #10240
Description
The riot-web implementation is likely to race Synapse's implementation. This issue serves as a reminder to not only ensure the feature works against the letter of the MSC, but also the interpretation of Synapse. If all goes well, this should be a no-op issue (Synapse and riot-web both interpret the MSC the same).
