issue installing on windows

Hi,
I am trying to use this on windows. I was able to install the package from Melpa. When I run a block though it seems to be trying to install a zmq package, and failing because of a signature match. I could not find where in the code this happens, so I am not sure what is happening.

Does this look like something I am doing wrong?

I think this has to do with the default encoding used on Windows. Could you evaluate the code shown in nnicandro/emacs-zmq#15 (comment) to see if the signatures match up (and if they don't, try the suggessted advice).

The workaround is to just download and extract the module file manually into the root directory of the zmq library.
