As announced in #394 (comment) SCOWL in changing to a new format. To get ready for the change I have switched the default branch to v2. The avoid confusion the old master branch has been renamed to v1.
This is a major change. Anyone using SCOWL directly to create wordlists or speller dictionaries will likely need to upgrade there scripts.
