In Sublime Text 4, the
panel_button_controlelement was removed and replaced bysidebar_button_control. Because of this, the Toggle Sidebar button is not themed at all. I fixed it, keeping backwards compatibility with ST 3. Icon used in ST 4 should be probably changed becuase the button has different function now.
