Useful to test the new --force-span-id and --force-trace-id options.
As predicted, this was straightforward after #175 :)

--force-trace-idand--force-span-idoptions to all of the span-producing commands,exec,span,background, andstatus.To make this simple to test,
otel-cli statusnow accepts span options.
