Implemented svelte:element and submitted a PR to the svelte GitHub. Hopefully a path forward comes out of this: sveltejs/svelte#3928

Another solution might be something like this: https://github.com/timhall/svelte-elements which has components built out for HTML elements and relies on svelte:component, which is interesting.

I'll write more about this later but TagWrapper is dead for now. All tag props have been removed from the field components, specify this tags manually in your components.
